buy, sell, trade, wear, repeat...

At this point, I don't really have a desire to need to own too much stuff anymore. on top of it, majority of middle school teens already know all the hypes and brand i used to like. With that being said, i guess it's time to move on and buy better quality, better material, specifically, from Japan stuffs. But in the meantime, I still continue to buy stuffs just for reselling's sake. Extra free money ain't too bad..

Catching up...

I'm flying out to Fayetteville, NC tomorrow to go on an "across the country road trip" with my brother, father, and father's friend. It's rather a rare and unique, once in a life time, opportunity, to do this. I'm excited like never before. It's 8:00 PM now and my flight is 5:00AM, yet I still haven't packed yet haha. But before that, I feel that this blog has been neglected for the past few months. So, these pictures here are just a fraction of what/who/where/when/why/how of the past few months. I hope to find some more time to take pictures and blog in the near future.

If you like chocolate milk, this is it for you. Family in the business for more or less than 100 years and their yelp rating is a perfect 5. Enough said..

While gardening, a piece of rusted metal stabbed by a piece of my foot and sliced its way through. The wound is no big deal, but it was one inch away from having my Achilles torn. Thank God big time for this one.

This was taken right after we got back from San Francisco.

Took Allen and Phung out to get some pizza. After all, pizza is ok for any and every occasion.

Initially I hated the idea of throwing salt and chili into my beer, but I caved in thanks to curiosity. The drink tastes pretty good, but it's so bad for your health. Anyways, this was taken when the Dodgers swept the giants. with/ Phillip and Luke

After Dodgers games, we usually get ramen, taco, pizza, or whatever we feel like eating.

At home, harvest occurs everyday. It varies and differs everyday. But we always harvest. There is so much now that we can't keep up with it. So every weekend, we bring most of it for the church.

Thanks to some dude. As much as I like my Lunarglide 3, these Pegasus 32 fits better.

what's going on lately?

i specifically want to buy this tea set for thomas, but the dude who shipped it packed it real tight. by squeezing all the foams / bubble wraps he could, he ended breaking 3 cups..
too much of a good thing is harmful

it sucks to see a nice tea set break

my guide, my map, my blueprint
thank God for parents

chi thuy, all the way from Tacoma, WA, came down to see us and we had a great time catching up
planning to fly up there see her soon...

january kicks

it's that time of the month again...

drove to diamond bar (twice) undefeated silver lake, and undefeated la brea to get three pairs. because bait in diamond bar only does raffle, i didn't win. all three pairs were picked up at undfeated locations. sold all of them on ebay and make some quick cash. trips are long and traffic sucks, but making money ain't an easy thing
asics gel lyte iii x mita sneakers "trico"

fortunately, i won this pair via raffle at bait in diamond bar
diadora n9000 x 24 kilates "sol y sombra"

nike air max 1 black history month. i'd call it poor man's jordan 11 concord.
i'm thinking about making an id pair of poor man's jordan 11 concord for myself haha

the hype on these nike flyknit racers black/white was really unnecessary. people buy it on the click when any retailers tweet or make a post about it. i managed to get 2 pairs at nike running and 2 at roadrunnersports.

nike flyknit racers "seahawks"

undefeated made a mistake by sending me two extra pairs of these asics gel lyte v "false flags"
initially i hated them because it's black and orange (giants) but now i guess it's not that bad due to the cool 3m laces and speckle soles. maybe i'll wear 1 pair.. maybe..

until next month again...

preparing for la marathon 2015

there's a lot going on. rica test, upcoming trips to san francisco and washington, a friend coming over from germany to visit, and possible trip to vietnam this year.

there's a lot of books that i want to read and finish, as well as movies to watch and a lot of things to do

dreams come and dreams go, it swings by so fast when you're young. before you know it, you're getting older by the minute

with that being said, i've decided to run this year's la marathon with thomas because it's a RARE opportunity for us to bond and talk to each other. i do not remember when was the last time thomas and i compete against each other (maybe sports fest) and bond at the same time

dear stranger reading this blog: hold your love one's hand, talk to them, or bond with them in any ways because life's is short and time is precious

end of year kicks and bonus

it has been a while since i last post about shoes. due to the business of student teaching last quarter, i did not have the time to blog about anything. with that being said, school is over and i'm going to go full force on blogging instead of random social media crap such as instagram / twitter / facebook. i feel that blogging is (just a bit) more intimate and in depth.

so let's begin and get back to where i left off months go.

first off:
bodega x asics gel lyte v "get wet" pack
this release was fairly easy to get. initially i did not care about them, but they continue to grow on me...

pusha t x adidas eqt "king push"
adidas execute this pair of shoe with extreme high quality materials. the color is very subtle and the comfort on these are top notch. notice all kinds of different materials on these? that's right!
these are probably the best adidas shoe that i've seen this year.

nike flyknit racer
these are, by far, the most comfortable shoes i've worn. but, sadly, i have to let them go..
why am i letting them go? because they're too colorful for a grown man to wear.

nike air jordan 11 "legend blue"
what's so speical about these? really?

concepts x new balance 997 "rose"
new balance 997 made a good come back this year. initially the author's collection consist of 2 997 that have the best quality shoes i've seen. then concepts collaborate with new balance to make this pair. the detail and quality on these are amazing. 3m tongue and heel tab with croc prints is ...l enough said. then, really subtle "pink" suede color to complement the grey/ white.

nike air jordan 13 "bred"
not gonna go into much about these..

nike air jordan 6 "infrared"
as far as i know, these are the first pair (retro-ed like 5 times already) that mj wear to win his first ring. is that the only fact that gets people are hyped up on these? or they're simply good?
i don't know..

new balance 997's
so i'm selling my nike flyknit racers right now. these are the shoes that i'm currently wearing. they aren't as light and comfortable as the racers, but they provide a solid support and they feel very comfortable. to top it off, these are made in the u.s.a. and they have amazing quality materials on them.

after christmas / before new year bonus.

till next time.

happy new year & God bless you.
